Description: This strapless dress is made from red and black stretch polyester, featuring a zip-up closure at the back for ease of wear. The dress bodice boasts a sweetheart neckline with a padded bust and black ruffled trim along the upper edge, adorned with a central bow. A black ribbon bow is attached to the neckline's center.

The bodice is accentuated with vertical black piping along the center for a corset-style look, along with ruffled black trim along the front waistline, embellished with decorative black ribbon bows. Attached is a black satin polyester hi-lo skirt with red overlocked edges. The skirt includes a black triple-layered organza overlay, creating a bustle-style finishing touch.

Completing the ensemble are black stretch polyester fingerless gloves featuring a black elastic finger loop. Additionally, there's a black foam mini top hat with a red satin hat band and a red feather attached to the side. The hat is secured to a black headband via black elastic loops and can be easily removed.
