All prices on the website include 10% GST but exclude any delivery fees.

As soon as we receive payment, we will process your order. Your order is usually ready for dispatch within 2 working days subject to our stock availability. If you have selected the express delivery service at the checkout, as long as you order by 11am AEST your order will be delivered as per our delivery information page.

Please allow up to 10 business days for production and allow yourself up to 3 weeks before your event to receive your customised items in time. Express shipping is available and prioritises your order, helping to speed up processing and dispatch times — however, it does not guarantee next-day dispatch.

At this stage we are only delivering within Australia, and when we have some more time to expand we will do so. So please be patient and stay tuned for that news.

Sure can! Just make sure at checkout you add both of your addresses and double check which one you select for each.

We try at all times to keep the stock level accurate, however sometime we can completely run out due to large unexpected orders. We will let you know if this is the case and when we expect the restocking of the product. If this new delivery date doesn’t suit you we can refund the amount for the products.

Simply contact us to arrange to return the items within 30 working days after receipt. We can only accept the return of goods if they are unopened unless they are received damaged. You must notify us immediately if you have received a product that is defective, incorrect, or significantly did not match the description. You will be entitled to a credit, refund, or replacement.

If you believe your order is incomplete, please ensure you look thoroughly through the entire order and any packaging materials. Any claims of missing items or parts of an item must be reported before any packaging from the order is discarded and within 30 days of receipt of your order. Disposing of any packaging before reporting a missing item will void any claim.

Once you have confirmed and paid for your order we'll immediately receive it for processing. If you need to cancel or modify your order please contact us immediately to see if we can accommodate any changes. But please understand with high turn around time and high volumes of orders might not make it possible, if this is the case once you receive your order we can accomodate changes needed.

We send out our balloons un-inflated or in kits with instructions for you to inflate. Ballon pumps are also available within the shop for a small cost.
